微创经皮钢板固定技术治疗骨质疏松性肱骨近端三部分骨折 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨微创经皮钢板固定(MIPPO)技术治疗骨质疏松性肱骨近端三部分骨折的临床疗效。方法对11例骨质疏松性肱骨近端三部分骨折患者,予以闭合复位、小切口定位、经皮导入微创经皮锁定加压接骨板(LCP)固定治疗。结果所有病例术后随访3~18个月,无术后并发症。关节活动满意,骨折愈合时间较传统切开复位时间短,无一例出现内固定松动、骨折再移位。采用Neer评分方法评定疗效,优6例,良3例,可2例。结论MIPPO技术治疗骨质疏松性肱骨近端三部分骨折,能减少创伤,固定牢靠,术后功能锻炼顺利,疗效满意。
