木村病一例
摘要
患者男，34岁，以“左侧腮腺区肿物10余年”来院就诊。患者于10年前体检双侧腮腺区肿物，右侧明显大于左侧，质地中等，边界清，无局部发红、肿胀、疼痛。当时行“右侧肿物切除”，术后病理提示“右侧腮腺腺瘤”。近10年来，左侧腮腺区肿物逐渐增大，大小6cm×5cm，无局部发红、肿胀、疼痛，无发热，无颈部淋巴结肿大，无关节疼痛，无血尿、蛋白尿等症状。
