β地中海贫血伴椎管内髓外造血一例报告及文献复习

摘要患者女，24岁，半年前无明显原因出现双侧下肢乏力，感觉麻木，并进行性加重。患者既往有β地中海贫血史，父母及家人均体健。体格检查：全身皮肤黏膜苍白，呈重度贫血貌，全身浅表淋巴结未触及，胸廓无畸形、压痛，心前区可闻及Ⅲ级收缩期杂音，腹软，肝脾触及肿大，双下肢无水肿。
