认真总结办学经验进一步精心打造“井冈模式”

Sum up the School-running Experiences to Shape the "CELAJ Model" Better

中国井冈山干部学院正式办学5年来的办学经验是:必须始终按照中央的办学要求和功能定位办学,必须紧紧围绕党和国家的工作大局开展教育培训,必须深入挖掘和充分利用井冈山及其周边的资源优势,不断形成学院教学特色,必须始终坚持实施人才强院战略,建设一支高素质的师资和培训管理队伍,必须始终重视教学基础建设,为干部教育培训提供有力保障,必须始终坚持从严治院、从严施教、从严管理,形成科学高效的教育培训运行机制,必须始终坚持有效整合与利用院外资源,为学院办学提供有利的外部环境。学院要在总结经验的基础上,进一步思考和探究"井冈模式"的科学内涵,并举全院之力,进一步精心打造"井冈模式"。

Our experiences accumulated in the five years since the school-running of China Executive Leadership Academy Jinggangshan（CELAJ） can be summed up as follows： the requirements and functional orientation set forth by the CPC Central Committee must be followed all the times;education and training must be carried out according to the overall situation of work of the CPC and our country;the resource advantages of Jinggangshan and the ambient area must be well utilized to form unique teaching features of CELAJ;emphasis must be placed on human resources and a team of high-qualities teachers must be organized to enhance the strength of CELAJ;the construction of teaching infrastructure must be emphasized to provide a solid basis for cadre training;the principle of strict ruling,strict teaching and strict management must always be executed to form the scientific,effective education and training mechanism;and the external resources must always be integrated and used to provide a favorable external environment.Based on the summarization of experiences,we should further think over the scientific meaning of the ＂CELAJ model＂ and shape the ＂CELAJ Model＂ better.
