摘要
本文分析了锥篮式离心机的分离效率。定性分析了该机分离过程的机制。建立了滤渣单颗粒在过滤介质锥面上的运动微分方程,并求出其解。用频闪摄影法拍得颗粒在锥面上真实运动轨迹的水平投影。计算与试验结果均证实颗粒在锥面上存在较强的切向滑动。分析了切向滑动对该机工作带来的不利影响。以粮渣悬浮液为对象,试验研究了料液浓度、分离因数及过滤介质对该机分离效率的影响规律。得到了对于稀悬浮液存在一最佳分离因数的新结论。
In this paper, the separation efficiency of the cone basket centrifugal ma chine is analysed. Also, the principle of the separation processing is analysed qualitatively. The differential equation of motion of a particle on the cone face is established, and the solution is obtained. The level projective picture of the moving locus of the particle is taken by using flash photography. The fact, that there is a strong tangential slippage of particle is verified, and the disadvantageous effect are analysed. The experimental study of the effect of the liquid concentration, separation coefficient and the filter on the separation efficiency is finished, by using of suspending liquid of the grain residue. The new conclusion, that there is an optimum separation coefficient for the thin suspending liquid, is obtained.
