摘要
当人们研究复杂的社会、经济以及组织、计划、控制、指挥、协调、交流等备方面的问题时,就涉及到软科学。这一类科学研究的对象、方法大致可概括为:研究的对象是社会、经济等包括人在内的开放的复杂巨系统;处理开放的复杂巨系统的方法是"从定性到定量的综合集成法",以及"从定性到定量的综合集成研讨厅体系"。
The importance of noetic science view point for treating management is emphasized and the metasynthesis approach from qualitative as well as hall for workshop of metasynthetic engineering are introduced.Besides,the relations between problems of management and complexity are also discussed.
