389例眼附属器占位性病变组织病理学分析

Pathology of ocular adnexal hyperplastic lesions ： study of 389 cases

目的通过组织来源和解剖部位来分析眼附属器增生性病变的组织结构和肿瘤分类。方法对389例眼附属器增生性病变病理标本进行回顾性分析。结果389例眼附属器病变中良性病变333例，占总例数的85．60％，恶性肿瘤56例，占总例数的14．40％，其中眼睑病变154例，占总例数的39．59％，眼眶病变组织189例，占总例数48．59％，眼球表面病变46例，占总例数11．92％。眼附属器恶性肿瘤前6位是：非霍奇金淋巴瘤26例，基底细胞癌7例，腺样囊腺癌7例。恶性黑色素瘤4例，泪腺腺癌4例，鳞状细胞痛4例。结论眼附属器病变种类繁多，形态结构多样，本研究为临床和病理诊断提供重要的参考。

Objective To study the histopathologic classification of ocular aduexal hyperplastic lesions by examining histogenesis and thd anotomic sites. Methods A retrospective analysis of 389 cases of ocular adnexal hyperplastic lesions pathologic specimens were performed between January 2003 and June 2009 in the Fujian Provincial Cope Hospital. Results Among them were 333 benign （85.6%）, and 56 malignant （14.4%）; consisting of 154 eyelid cases （39.59%）, 189 orbit cases 48.59%） and 46 epibular cases （11.92%）. The 6 leading malignant neoplasma of ocular adnexal were non-Hodgkin＇ s disease, 26 cases; basal cell carcinoma, 7 cases; adenocystic carcinoma, 7 cases, malignant melanoma, 4 cases; lacrimal gland adenocarcinoma, 4cases; and squamous cell carcinoma, 4 cases. Conclusion The classification and differentiation in types of ocular adnexal hyperplastic lesions furnish fundamental references to the histopathological diagnosis.
