摘要 笔者系统研究了非晶态聚合物中气隙缺陷的电老化机理。通过对单气隙缺陷以及悬浮电位局部放电特性的检测,确定了单气隙结构与局部放电特性之间的关系,并分析了局部放电对电老化过程的影响。试验结果表明,局部放电的起始电压、放电量、放电电流波形特征以及多周期统计特性都随着气隙结构的改变发生明显的变化。并且气隙中局部放电产生的"空间电荷"对后续放电过程的发展起到了"加速"作用,说明非晶态聚合物中长气隙缺陷局部放电引发的电老化现象与空间电荷量存在着密切的关系。 In order to study the electrical aging mechanism of void defects in amorphous polymer, partial discharge(PD) characteristics of artificial void defect samples and floating electrode have been detected. PD initial voltage, PD magnitudes, waveforms and statistic characteristics can be changed by the change of void states. The PD behaviors also imply that ‘residual ions' plays an important role at the end of the PD process. The electrical aging phenomenon, caused by void defects in amorphous polymer, has close relationship with residual ions' magnitudes.
