摘要
介绍了双绕组变压器不同电容耦合面的理论计算方法,并对绕组分布电容参数进行分析和研究;针对案例使用ANSYS在二维和三维建模下仿真以获得几何电容参数,并与理论公式的手算近似值进行比较,也涉及到变压器的入口电容和αλ计算,最后按照能量法折算公式获得各分布电容值,为系统仿真提供了数据支持。
The paper introduces theoretical calculation method of different capacitive coupling of double-coil transformer, analyzes and researches on distributed capacitance. To obtain geometry capacitance, simulation is carried out under building 2D and 3D models by using ANSYS. Next step is compare the simulation results with the manually approximate calculation value from theoretical formulas. Finally, acquire the distributed capacitance parameters through using calculation formulas of energy method. The paper also involves to the calculation of entrance capacitance and otA parameters.
