摘要
通过对以车代磨加工工艺进行介绍,并结合加工实例,说明以车代磨加工工艺在高压开关零部件加工中的适用性及在某些零部件加工中的优越性,采用此工艺后不但达到了此类零部件的加工精度且在某些方面有所提高,同时提高了加工效率,极大地方便了生产,降低了加工成本。
The superiority and practicability to use turning instead of grinding in the manufacture of the parts of a high voltage switch are discussed via some practical examples. With this machining process, higher efficiency, convenience, and lower cost are gained with the same or higher precision compared with the conventional grinding process.
