轧机主传动系统扭振H_∞鲁棒控制器设计

摘要 针对轧机主传动轴中存在的扭转振荡现象指出扭振产生的原因,并根据数学建模和外部干扰的不确定性,提出基于H∞混合灵敏度算法设计的扭振抑制鲁棒控制器。仿真表明所设计的控制器在抑制扭矩和恢复动态速降时间上都明显优于传统的PID调节器。 The cause of the torsional vibration is presented for mine hoist,in order to deal with the uncertainty of the plant and the external disturbance ,a robust controller of vibration suppression is given based on H∞ mixed sensitivity theory. By the simulation comparison it is validated that the robust controller has the better performance than PID on both sides of the vibration suppression and recovery time of the speed drop.
