摘要
运用ADAMS/CAR软件建立某微车的麦弗逊式前悬架的动力学仿真模型,进行运动学和动力学仿真分析和优化设计。通过虚拟样机的仿真,揭示了车轮跳动时各项参数的变化规律。在较少零部件改动的前提下,对模型进行了优化,结果表明:调整下摆臂与车架前安装点,转向拉杆和转向器安装点位置,可以大大改善车辆的操纵稳定性。
The multi-body kinematics and dynamics model of the Macpherson front s uspension of a certain minibus is established by using ADAMS/CAR software. The simulation of kinematics and dynamics of the suspension of the minibus are carried out and analyzed. The changes of each alignment parameter of the suspension are uncovered by the simulation of the virtual prototype with wheel jumpiness. The model is optimized under the condition of minimal modification of the components. The simulation results show that the performance of handling stability is notably enhanced after modified the connection point of the lower control arm with front body and the tie rod with steering shaft.
