摘要
介绍了对置凸轮-活塞式内燃机的工作原理并分析其工作特性,运用UG/Modeling/Assemblies建立了内燃机的运动虚拟样机,并运用UG/Animation/ADAMS进行了机构运动仿真,得到活塞运动的位移、速度和加速度曲线。模拟曲线能够体现机构的运动特性,基本满足理论要求。CAD与CAE相结合是一种高效、可靠的优化设计方法,对凸轮-活塞式内燃机的研究具有实际意义。
The working theory and characteristic of cam mechanism of piston-cam engine with counter-position placement was introduced. The engine mechanism model was built on UG/Modeling/Assemblies platform. In Scenario for Motion the simulation is made combined with ADAMS. Then the simulation created the curve of displacement,velocity and acceleration of the piston. The curve of simulation was approached to the characteristic of the mechanism motion and the result was mainly satisfied. The combination of CAD and CAE is an effective and reliable optimized design method and make a useful effort to the research of piston-cam engine.
