摘要
为了充分利用差速器的转动变方向传递能力,通过选取不同的转动输入、输出路径,利用仿真软件ADAMS对其转动传递特性进行了分析,对可能实现的功能及在汽车上的应用方式进行了探讨。研究表明:差速器作为具有三个输入、输出端的行星轮系,不仅可以使动力由壳体输入,由左右半轴输出,用于内燃机驱动车辆及单电机驱动纯电动车辆实现通常的差速作用;还可以使动力从两侧半轴输入,由壳体输出,可用于混合动力汽车驱动汽车,实现动力耦合作用。此外,差速器也可以作为多电机驱动电动汽车车轮独立驱动模式与集中驱动模式之间的转换装置。
In order to make full use of the change direction transmission capacity of differentials ,selected different input and output paths ,with the help of simulation software ADAMS,analyzed the transmission performance of differentials ,and discussed the functions and the application farms used in vehicles. Research shows that the differential is a planetary gear system with three differential input and output ports, power not only can be input from the shell and output from the axles ,but also can be input from the axles and output from the shell. So it can be used to distribute torque in traditional vehicle or single motor driving vehicle ;it also has the function of dynamic coupling when used in hybrid vehicles ;in addition,differential can be used as a conversion device to change drive models between independent wheel driving and focus driving.
