摘要
主要研究自同步概率筛的性能,从分析筛分效率入手,并借助于实验结果,找出筛分粒度、筛面振动频率、筛面振动幅值、筛面倾角、筛孔孔径等工艺参数与筛分效率之间的关系,确定主要参数的设计原则与方法。总结了影响筛分效率和处理量的原因,并提出了改进措施,为合理选择筛机的有关参数提供了参考。实验结果表明:当振幅为3mm时,筛分效率能保持一个较高的水平;而当筛面倾角增加时,筛分效率也有所提高;最佳的振激振频率为(700~800)r/min。
The performance of self-synchronous Probability Sieve principally was studied in this paper. With analysis of the probability effects of experimental results ,the relationship between screening efficiency and the process parameters was found out,i.e. ,sieve size ,screening surface vibration frequency,vibration amplitude,screening surface obliquity,sieve aperture,etc. ,and the main parameters of the design principles and methods were determined. In the bases of summing up the reasons of impacting screening efficiency and handling capacity,improved measures which can provide references for the rational choice of the parameters of screen machine are proposed. The experimental results show that screening efficiency can hold a higher level when the amplitude is 3mm,screening efficiency increases with the augment of screening surface obliquity,the optimal excited frequency is (700-800)r/min.
