摘要
针对M2110型内圆磨床在磨削硬质合金等高硬度内孔时,加工精度低,加工效率不高等问题,通过实时在线测试加工工件的余量,控制步进电机的进给,形成在线的闭环控制系统,从而提高了硬质合金内孔的加工精度和效率。
When grinding the high hardness hole such as the cemented carbide hole ,the type of the M2110 grinder's precision is low,processing efficiency is not higher. Through real-time online testing the work-piece's allowance,control the stepper motor's feed,to form an online closed-loop control system, thereby enhancing the carbide hole machining accuracy and efficiency.
