摘要 针对铰链,运用三维扫描测量设备进行测量,获得产品表面数据。采用逆向工程方法对所测得的数据运用曲率分析的方法进行分割,然后对点云进行曲面重建,得到CAD模型。在此基础上,优化了冲压方向,制定了成双冲压的工艺方案。采用CAE软件对该模型进行了模拟仿真,结果表明修改后的形状成形性良好。以模拟结果为依据,设计出模具,生产出了合格产品。 Aim at the hinge,the data of product surface was obtained using the three dimensional measurement equipment. The measured data was divided using curvature analysis method and the CAD model was acquired by constructing surfaces from the point cloud data using the reverse engineering method. Then,the stamping direction was optimized and the process scheme was established according to the double stamping. Numerical simulation was carried on the CAD model by CAE software and the results show that the formability is good. On the basis of the analysis result,the die was designed which has made quality products.
