家兔自体颅骨浅低温冷藏后再植的实验研究 被引量:1

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF REPLANTATION OF RABBIT SELF-CRANIAL BONE AFTER PRESEVATION

摘要 目的为临床应用浅低温冷藏保存自体骨进行颅骨修复提供理论基础。方法选家免20只,取颅骨骨片。置普通冰箱无菌保存3个月后分别对去颅骨瓣家兔自体再植。植后1.2,3,4个月分别处死家兔。观察骨片组织学变化、X线改变和骨愈合过程。结果20.只家兔再植后全部愈合,无1例发生骨片感染、吸收、坏死。1~2个月骨片与骨窗纤维愈合,骨片内细胞结构溶解消失,骨密度降低。3个月后骨片变成正常骨组织,骨密度增加.局部与骨窗骨性愈合,4个月后骨与骨窗骨性意合,X线示骨折线消失,骨密度与正常颅骨完全一致。结论自体骨片浅低温(-10℃~-15℃)冷藏是一种保存自体颅骨简单易行的方法,易应用与推广。 Objective To lay theoretical foundation for the clinical application of shallow-e ow-temperature preservationof auto bone flap for cramal bone restoration. Method 20 rabbits were selected and cramal bone which was kept incommon freezer for aseptic preservation. 3 monthe later, autoreplantation was performed respectively for the 20 rab bits. Observation was carried out about the histological changes of the bone flap, x-ray changes and the bony union.Result All of the rabbits were healed after replantation, without one case showing bone infection, absorption or necro sis. In the lst and 2nd months, fiber healing occured, with disappearance of cyto-architectural disolution within thesclerite, and bone density being reduced. After the third month the sclerite became normal bone tissue, with increasedbone density and local bony union. After the fourth month, osseous healing occured, x-ray showing disappearance ofthe fracture line and completely normal cramal bone desity. Conclusion Low temperature (-10^- 15℃ ) preserva tion for auto bone sclerites is an easy and simple method for auto cramal bone preservation, and thus worth recommen dation.
