摘要
目的为了阐明寄生虫病患者血清发生交叉反应的机理,提高诊断的特异性和敏感性。方法用免疫印迹方法,用同源和异源患者血清对旋毛虫感染期幼虫3种不同抗原的特异性进行初步分析。结果幼虫可溶性抗原可与其它寄生虫患者血清产生部分支又反应,但47,38kD和30kD抗原不与日本血吸虫病、囊虫病、丝虫病、华支吸虫病、疟疾患者血清和健康人血清发生交叉反应,尤其是47kD抗原反应性强。结论幼虫可溶性抗原中47,38,30KD抗原可作为特异、高敏感诊断抗原。
Objective To find out the mechanism of cross reaction in the parasite disease serum,and to enhancethe specificity and sensitivity in the diagnosis. Method Specificity of infective larval antigens of trichinella spiraliswas analysed by immunoblot using homonous and heterologous serum. Result There was crossreaction betweentrichinellosis patient's serum and other parasite disease serum with soluble infective larval antigen. but 47, 38, 30KDantigens did not show cross - reaction with Schistosomiasis,Cysticereosic anttigens
