摘要
对于健美操指导员,在适应时代需求的教学内容和动作编排能力、健身指导能力,音乐的剪接和编辑能力、健身教练员的创新意识和科研能力等方面不同程度的欠缺是影响健美操指导员更好的教学主要因素;高等院校社会体育专业健美操选项人才培养应在社体专业健美操选项目标培养的重点、在教学内容体系,突出大众化弱化竞技和突出培养学生的授课能力和创新能力等方面注重与社会需求接轨,突出实用人才的培养。
A lack of aerobics instructor＇s creative consciousness and research ability such as ability of performance arrangement, fitness guide, music shearing and editing are important influence factors to teaching. The cultivation of university aerobics instructor must meet the need of society and aims at training practical talents.
