摘要
在问卷调查的基础上,针对肥胖女大学生的身心特点设计制订了以健美操锻炼为主的运动处方,经过18周处方运动的实施,处方组受试者较对照组在形态、机能和素质指标都有了不同程度的进步。结果证明本研究所设计的为期18周的健身操运动处方对肥胖女大学生体重、心肺功能及身体素质的改善都取得了比较显著地作用。在大众健身领域,运动处方的制订和实施要以参与对象的主观条件为基础。
Based on the questionnaire survey of obese female college students, we designed the sports prescription that was center on aerobics. After 18 weeks' exercises, compared to subjects in control group, the ones in prescription group improved with different levels in body figure, physiological functions and physical qualities. The results showed significant progress had taken place in weight, cardio -pulmonary function and physical qualities; moreover the demands of participants were the core of design and practice of sports prescription.
