运动预处理与心肌保护

摘要 心肌缺血预处理是有效的保护心肌免于损伤的内源性保护措施。近年来的大量实验研究表明,运动对心肌损伤具有保护作用。通过综述阐明运动对抗心肌缺血性损伤的保护机制,以期推进运动预处理的研究,有助于预防和治疗心肌损伤,并为在运动训练中保护心脏提供新思路。 Myocardial ischemic preconditioning is available endogenous measure to prevent cardiac muscle from damage. Recent experimental studies also indicated that regular exercise provides protective effect against myocardial injury. Understanding of the intracellular signaling mechanisms of protective effect of exercise would promote the research of exercise preconditioning and be clinical significant to the treatment and prevention of myocardial injury, and provide a new way to protect the prevent cardiac muscle in sports.
