随着现代网球技术的发展,网球发球不仅仅是一个技术动作,更是一个完整的体系。笔者在文中阐明网球发球所包含的技术、战术、心理、体能四个层次,旨在更新网球发球的思想理念,加深对网球发球内涵的认识,以期为网球训练者改进和提高其发球技术提供有益参考。
With the technological development of modem tennis, tennis serving is not just a technical move, but also a complete system. The author stated in the text contained tennis serving techniques, tactics, psychology, physical four levels to update the tennis serving ideas, deepen understanding of the connotation of the tennis serving, improve and provide useful reference for tennis trainers.
