摘要
目的探讨旱莲草(HEP)对老龄小鼠脾淋巴细胞功能的影响。方法观察老龄小鼠服旱莲草水煎剂后,脾淋巴细胞IL2、MAF的分泌和DNA合成的变化;早莲草体外对脾淋巴细胞DNA合成的影响。结果1.使老龄小鼠脾淋巴细胞分泌IL-2逐渐减少(P<0.01),并呈剂量依赖关系(r=-0.8988);2.体内外实验表明高浓度旱莲草水煎剂抑制脾淋巴细胞在ConA激活后的DNA合成,但无ConA时DNA合成不受影响;3.老龄小鼠脾淋巴细胞分泌MAF能力明显低于中龄小鼠(PMO.05),灌服旱莲草24g/kg×7d使老龄小鼠脾淋巴细胞分泌MAF能力明显增强(P<0.05)。结论HEP能明显促进老龄小鼠分泌MAF,说明HEP能提高老龄小鼠的非特异免疫功能。
In order to study the biological activity of elipta extracts on the function of immunology and splenolyphocytes in aged mice. Method The secretions of splenolyphocyte IL-2 and MAF as well as the changes of DNA synthesis were closely examined in the aged mice after administration of HEP decoctum with different concentration. Result A gradual decrease was shown in ILa 2 of splenolyphocytes in the aged mice together with a dosedependent relationship (P<0. 001;r=-0. 8988). Boiled HEP decoctum with high concentration suppressed DNAsynthesis with Con A and the suppression disappeared in the absence of Con A. Aged mice were less able to secrete MAF than the middle-aged mice (P<0. 05), but the secreting ability was obviously increased (P<0. 05) after the administration of HEP. Conclusion HEP can obviously enhance the ability of the aged mice to secrete MAF (P<0. 01),which indicates that HEP is effective in the increasing of aged mice's nonspecific immunologic function.
