气动泵在急性左心衰竭辅助循环时对内皮素和一氧化氮影响的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的用血流动力学及内皮素(ET)和一氧化氮(NO)评价左室辅助循环(LVAD)的有效性。方法对20条急性左心衰犬进行高、中、低流量180min左室辅助,观察其对血流动力学及ET和NO的影响。结果LVAD可使急性左心衰竭犬肺毛细血管嵌楔压、ET含量迅速下降,平均主动脉压、心脏指数、左室做功指数、NO含量均升高。结论不同辅助流量对急性左心衰竭支持均有效,但以中流量效果最佳。 To evaluate the effect of left ventricular assist device (LVAD) on acute left ventricular failure model of the dog through hemodynamics, endothelin and nitric oxide. Method The acute left ventricular failure model in the dog was set up and LVAD with a pneumatic pulsatile sac-type pump was performed. The changes of hemodynamics in the heart and that of endothelin and nitric oxide weree observed on the condition of different degrees of flow during the period of 180 minutes. Result Pulmonary capilary wedged pressure, and ET content rapidly decended while mean aortic pressure, cardiac index, left ventricular work index and nitric oxide all rose during LVAD.Conclusion It is helpful to use LVAD in different rates of flow on the condition of acute left heart failure, but the best effect will come up if used in mediate flow rate.
