摘要 随着大范围停电事故的频发以及智能电网技术的发展,基于广域多点信息的广域继电保护成为热点研究问题。基于对广域继电保护技术发展前景与工程实用化要求的分析,论述一种蜂窝式分区域集中决策有限广域继电保护系统,并重点研究了基于通信信息优化的保护分区原则和方法,以及符合保护配合要求的保护跳闸策略。以某电网为例进行实例分析,验证了上述结论的可行性。此研究旨在促进广域继电保护从原理性探索向应用的转化,用以应对具有结构与运行多样性的智能电网的发展要求。 Wide area protection based on multipoint communication becomes one of the hottest researches in power system with the frequent occurrence of blackout accident and the development of smart grid. A cellular-limited wide area protection system of centralized decision by zone-division was presented with the analysis on the development and practical engineering application of wide area protection. The paper discussed the principle and the method of the protection zone-division based on the optimization of communication information, and the tripping strategy based on protection match. The example analysis result proves the feasibility of these conclusions. The research aims to impel wide area protection from conceptual exploration into application, so as to meet the requirement of the development of smart grid with complex structure and operation diversity.
