中鼻道开窗术

MIDDLE MEATAL ANTROSTOMY

目的观察中鼻道开窗术的疗效。方法359侧鼻窦显微手术中鼻内筛窦手术152侧，经上颌窦手术189侧：上颌窦窦口扩大术工36侧，中鼻道开窗术52侧：288侧随访1～4年（平均36．4个月）。结果1年良好率82．29％、3年良好率67.71%；鼻内筛窦手术良好率60．63％，经上颌窦手术良好率7200％，窦。扩大术未闭率6042％，中鼻道开窗术未闻率9216%；二组相差有高度显著性（P＜0.01）.结论复发性全副鼻窦炎与鼻息肉以经上颌窦手术和中养道开窗术为好，应以3年疗效作分析对比。并强调中鼻道开窗术的技术与方法。

To observe the effect of middle meatal antrostomy. Method Among 359 receiving sinus microsurgery, 152 were treated with intranasal ethmoidectomy; 189 with transrnaxillary sinus operation; 136 with ostium enlargement of the maxillary sinus: and 52 with antrostomy of middle meatus. 1~4 years of follow up visits were carried out. Result 82. 29 % showed effect in one year and 67. 71 % in 3 years. The effective rate for intranasal surgery was 60. 63 % and that for transmaxillary sinus was 72%. The patency rate of ostium enlargement was 60. 42%and that of middle meatal antrostorny was 92. 16 %. There was significant difference between the 2 groups (P<0. 01 ).Conclusion Recurrent sinusitis and polypus should better be treated with transmaxillary sinus surgery and middle mealal antrostomy. Analysis of the effect should be carried out over 3 years and the authors put emphasis on the technique and method of the middle meatal antrostomy.
