摘要
目的探讨反牙快速简捷有效的矫治方法。方法对23例换牙期、恒牙初期反牙合病例在其矫治初始阶段行Ⅲ类牵引。结果反牙有极快的矫治效果。反解除时间最短1d、最长20d,平均10d，矫治疗程中均11周。结论针对反病因加以矫治改变和简化了传统反牙矫治疗程，缩短了矫治时间。
To explore the effective method for quick and convenient corrective therapy for cross bite.Method Tractions of type Ⅲ were performed for initial correction of 23 cases of cross bite in their dental transitional period or starting period of permanent teeth. Result Quick and effective correction of the cross bite was resulted in wit h the shortest corrective time 1d and longest 20d and average 10d. And the treatment course was 11 weeks in average. Conclusion The corrective therapy was carried out in accordance with the disease factors of cross bite, and thus tile traditional corrective therapy course was changed and simplified and the correction time was shortened.
