摘要
作者建立了以高效液相色谱法测定硫酸阿托品注射液中硫酸阿托品含量的方法。采用日本岛津Shi mpacODSC18色谱柱(4.6 mm×20 cm,5μm),以甲醇-水-三乙胺(45∶54∶1)磷酸调pH为5.2为流动相,检测波长为210 nm。结果表明,硫酸阿托品在40~200μg/mL浓度范围内线性良好,r=0.9996,平均回收率为100.13%。本法操作简单,快速,准确可靠。
A high performance liquid chromatogramphic(HPLC) method was developed for the determination of Atropine in injection and tablet.The sample was separated on a ODSC18 column(200 m×4.6 mm,5 μm) with a mobile phase of methanol-water-Triethylamine(45∶54∶1) adjusted to pH 5.2 phosphoric acid.Detection wavelength was 210 nm and 1.0 mL/min of the flow rate.The column temperature was 25 ℃.The linear range was 40 μg/mL to 200 μg/mL,correlation coefficient was 0.9996.The recovery was 100.13%.The analytical results showed that the method was rapid,simple,and easy to operate.
