摘要
提出了一种基于地址映射的TI C6X系列处理器与VME64总线接口的DMA实现方法。设计了基于DMA方式的TMS320C6X DSP各VME64接口互连逻辑,所有模块均采用VHDL语言进行设计,并在FPGA上实现。实验和工程实践证明,采用DMA方式的设计方案比采用直接读写HPI口的方案访问速度快4倍以上。
A DMA interface method between VME64 bus and DSP HPI was developped assuming their addresses mapped. An interface logic was designed based on this method using VHDL on an FPGA chip. Verification experiments showed that the DMA interface improved the access speed by 4 times to direct accessing logic.
