苯基硫脲催化下马来酸构型转化反应的正交试验研究

Orthogonal Experiment of the Isomerization of Maleic Acidcatalyzed by Phenyl-thiourea

目的：探讨苯基硫脲催化下马来酸的构型转化反应。方法：采用正交试验和方差分析，因素Ａ（苯基硫脲的用量）、Ｂ（０．５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ盐酸的用量、Ｃ（反应时间）、Ｄ（亚硫酸氢钠的用量）分别取１．０、０．８、１．２和０．６ｇ３０、２０、４０和５０ｍｌ；３０、６０、９０和１５ｍｉｎ；０、０．２、０．４和０．６ｇ四水平。结果：因素Ａ、Ｂ、Ｃ对结果的影响均有高度显著性意义，而因素Ｄ则无。

Objective:To investigate the isometization of maleu acidcatalyzed by phenyl-thiourea.Methods:Orthogonal expetiment andanalysis of variance were used.The level of factor A(the use level of phHNCSNH 2)、B(the use level of 0.5 mol/L HCl)、C(the reaction time )、D(the use level of NaHSO 3)were 1.0、0.8、1.2 and 0.6 g,30、20、40 and 50ml,30、60、90 and 15 min,0.0、0.2、0.4 and 0.6 g respextively.Results:Factor A、B、C had high significance influence respectively,but factor D hadn't.Conclusion:The optimum condition of the isomerization of maleic acid was A3 B3 C3D1-4
