并用脑脊液置换术治疗结核性脑膜炎

CFS Displacementwith Anti-tuberculosis to Theapy Tuberculosis Meningitis

目的：观察脑脊液置换术对结核性脑脊液高蛋白的治疗作用。方法：对照组１６例，进行正规抗结核治疗＋鞘内注药＋糖皮质激素；治疗组１７例，在上述治疗的基础上行脑脊液置换术。结果：治疗组脑脊液蛋白明显下降（Ｐ＜０．０１），无并发症发生；对照组有６例病人出现了并发症，分别为粘连性蛛网膜炎和脑积水。结论：脑脊液置换术可以降低结核性脑膜炎的脑脊液高蛋白。

Objective:To observe the effect of CSF displacement to therapy rasied CSF protein in tuberculosis meningitis(TBM).Methods:33 cases of TBM were divided 2 groups:control group whose therapeutic method was anti-tuberculosis,added dexanethasone and intrathecal injection;therapeutic group whose therapeutic method was added CSF displacement beside above methods CSF protein was observed simutaneously.Results:CSF protein of therapeutic group decreased obviously.Results:CSF protein of therapeutic group decreasid obviously(P<0.01) and no conplication swere occured.But complications such as arachnoiditis、hydrocephalus were occured in 6 patients of control group.conclusion:Our results suggested that CSF displacement may reduce rasied CSF protein of TMB and prevent its complications.
