Nd:YAG激光治疗瞳孔阻滞性青光眼258例(445眼)临床观察

Nd:YAG Laser Therapy for Pupil Blocking Glaucoma --A Clinical Analysis of 258 cases

目的：探讨应用Ｎｄ：ＹＡＧ激光进行虹膜周边透切术对各类瞳孔阻滞性青光眼的疗效。方法：对经过治疗的２５８例（４４５眼）瞳孔阻滞性青光眼进行追踪随访，分别对术中激光能量、透切部位的选择、术后前房、眼压、视力及术后并发症进行了统计分析。结果：手术成功率为１００％，近期和远期手术总有效率分别为９７．３％和８７％。结论：应用Ｎｄ：ＹＡＧ激光进行虹膜周边透切术治疗各类瞳孔阻滞性青光眼是一种安全简便、疗效稳定的手术方法。

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of peripheral iridectomy for various pupil blocking glaucoma with Nd:YAG laser.Methods:258 case(445 eyes) treated in our hospital were followed up and a statistical analysis was made of intraoperative laser energy, choice of removal sites,state of postoperative anterior chamber,intraocular pressure,vision and postoperative complications.Results:The operative success rate was 100%.The total effective rates of short-term and long-term operations were 98.3% and 87% respectively.Conclusion:The peripheral iridectomy for various pupil blocking glaucoma with Nd:YAG laser is simple,safe and effective.
