阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征与心房颤动 被引量：5

摘要 心房颤动（房颤）发病率的增加与多种因素有关，其中一个重要的原因是肥胖率逐年增加，近年来发现阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome，OSAHS）是房颤重要的临床相关因素。超重但未达到肥胖标准的西方中年成人OSAHS发病率约为有嗜睡症状人群的4～5倍。体重指数（BMI）≥30的肥胖患者中40％具有OSAHS，BMI每增加6则OSAHS的风险增加4倍，已经确诊房颤者OSAHS发病率更高。
