电针治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床研究

Treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy with electroacupuncture

采用随机对照研究方法，观察电针治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效。治疗组45例采用电针疗法，对照组45例采用理疗方法（超短波、温热式低周波），观察2组临床疗效及颈椎病临床评价积分。治疗组总有效率93％（42例），对照组总有效率84％（38例），两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；但在愈显率（痊愈率和显效率）及颈椎病临床评价积分方面，2组治疗前后差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01），说明电针治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效优于理疗。

To evaluate the therapeutic effects of electroacupuncture in treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy （CSR）. Ninety CSR patients were randomly divided into two groups with 45 in each： in treatment group patients received eleetroacupuneture; in control group patients were treated with physical therapy （ ultrashort wave and hot style low frequency wave）. The therapeutic effects and the changes of clinical assessment scale for cervical spondylosis （CASCS） score were observed between two groups. After treatment, the overall effective rates were 93% in treatment group and 84% in control group （P 〉 0. 05 ） ; however the rate of marked improvement and the CASCS score were higher in treatment group than those in control group （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Electroacupuncture has a more favorite therapeutic effect than physical therapy for CSR.
