摘要 对品牌忠诚的研究,学者们探讨热烈但又意见不一。本文回顾该领域的相关文献研究,主要探讨了品牌忠诚最有争议也是最重要的部分,即品牌忠诚的概念定义和操作定义,以及影响品牌忠诚的因素,从而对品牌忠诚有更全面、深入的了解。
