某院妇科口服中成药使用情况分析

目的：进一步继承和发扬祖国医药的优势，为合理用药提供参考。方法：对某院妇科在2007—2008年度口服中成药的应用情况进行了统计和分析。结果：2007—2008两年中，大部分中成药销量呈上升趋势；20个品种销售总额达1，293，208．00元人民币，其中药物使用频度（DDDs）前5位依次是女金胶囊，益母草颗粒，平消片，孕康口服液和坤复康胶囊。单一品种销售总额最高的是益母草颗粒，销售额达223，445元，占总额的17．3％。生新化瘀类和调经类中成药在妇科口服中成药中应用广泛，占到总额的52．7％。结论：某院妇科口服中成药的利用基本合理，但也存在一些需要改进的地方。

Objective To further carry forward the advantages of Chinese patent drugs, provide a reference for the rational use of medicines. Methods The application of oral Chinese patent drugs in gynecology of a hospital was statistics and analysis. Results Over two years, the majority of Chinese patent medicine sales showed an upward trend year by year; total sales of 20 varieties ＂was RMB1,293 ,208. 00 Yuan. The highest total sale of single species was Motherwort particles with RMB223, 445 Yuan. The most widely used species in Chinese patent drugs in gynecologic were classes for regulating menstruation and removing blood stasis. Conclusion The use of Chinese patent drugs in gynecology of a hospital was basically rational, hut there were some space for improvement.
