子宫纵、横切口行子宫肌瘤剔除术临床结局分析

Clinical outcomes analysis of myomectomy by longitudinal and transverse incision

目的：探讨子宫肌瘤剔除术纵、横两种不同切口的优越性，为临床治疗子宫肌瘤提供参考。方法：我院28例子宫横切口行子宫肌瘤剔除术患者为观察组，选取子宫纵切口26例为对照组，就两种不同切口术后临床结局进行分析。结果：以子宫横切口行子宫肌瘤剔除术者，手术时间短，术中出血减少，肛门排气时间早，术后病率低，和对照组术相比较，两组差异有显著性（P〈0．01）。结论：采用子宫横切口行子宫肌瘤剔除术，出血少、手术时间短、术后恢复快等优点，可行性强，值得推广应用。

Objective： To explore the advantages of longitudinal and transverse myomectomy incision, and to provide the basis for the clinical treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods： Chose 26 cases of patients with longitudinal incision as the control group and 28 cases of transverse incision as the observation group. Then, the clinical outcomes after different types of incision were analyzed. Results ： For patients who carried out surgery with transverse uterine incision, operative time, and blood loss, anal exhaust time, as well as the rate of postoperative disease was significantly lower. Compared the postoperative conditions with the control group, the difference was significant （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： The transverse uterine incision myomectomy with the advantages of less bleeding, shorter operative time and rapid postoperative recovery, possessed highly feasible and worthy of popularization.
