化痰散结方联合化疗治疗中晚期乳腺癌疗效观察

Study of Chinese herbal compound of reducing phlegm and resolving masses with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced breast cancer

目的：探讨化痰散结方在中晚期乳腺癌化疗中的治疗作用。方法：对2008～2009年65例乳腺癌患者进行治疗效果分析。实验分治疗组和对照组，对照组予PCA方案化疗，治疗组联合化痰散结方药治疗，观察近期疗效，生活质量及其化疗毒副反应。结果：①与对照组比较，化痰散结方药组可以明显提升患者生活质量。②白细胞减少、贫血、恶心呕吐等化疗副作用联用化痰散结方药组与单纯化疗组相比有明显改善，具有统计学意义，P〈0．05。③在近期疗效、化疗引起的肝肾功能损害等方面两组无显著差异。结论：化痰散结方联合化疗能够显著改善患者的生活质量，减轻化疗副反应，具有良好的耐受性。

Objective： To explore the therapy of Chinese herbal compound of reducing phlegm and resolving masses in advanced breast cancer. Methods： The experiment was divided into control group and experimental group , control group for the PCA chemotherapy regimen combined, and experimental group for Chinese herbal compound of reducing phlegm and resolving masses and PCA regimen, observe the clinical effect, quality of life and chemotherapy toxicity. Results ： 1. With the control group, Chinese herbal compound of reducing phlegm and resolving masses group can improve patient＇s appetite, physical, mental state, sleep. 2. Neutropenia, anemia, digestive duct injury and other side effects of Chinese herbal compound of reducing phlegm and resolving masses group and chemotherapy alone has statistically significant, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion ： Chinese herbal compound of reducing phlegm and resolving masses combined with chemotherapy can significantly improve quality of life on patient, reducing chemotherapy side effects, with good tolerability.
