手足口病重症患儿的临床护理

Hand, Foot and mouth disease in children with severe clinical care

目的：探讨手足口病重症患儿的临床护理。方法：对30例手足口病重症患儿进行严密隔离，做好消毒、卫生宣教，做好皮肤护理、口腔护理和饮食护理、严密观察病情变化，同时进行心理护理和健康教育等综合护理。结果：30例重症患儿平均住院10d时间，均治愈出院，无并发症和后遗症。结论：手足口病重症患儿临床护理的基础工作是消毒隔离，护理过程的关键是预防并发症的发生。

Objective To investigate the hand, foot and mouth disease in children with severe clinical care. Methods 30 cases of hand, foot and mouth disease in children with severe conduct strict isolation, well disinfection, sanitation missionary, do skin care, oral care and dietary care, close observation of changes in condition, and psychological care and health education comprehensive care. Results 30 cases of severe children with average length of stay is 10 days, were cured and discharged without complications and sequelae. Conclusions Children with severe hand, foot and mouth disease is the basis of clinical nursing disinfection and isolation, nursing process, the key is to prevent complications.
