CTA、DSA在颅内动脉瘤诊断治疗中的结合应用

摘要 目的:探讨CTA、DSA结合应用在颅内动脉瘤诊断治疗中的价值。方法:32例蛛网膜下腔出血可疑颅内动脉瘤患者.先行CTA检查再行DSA检查,对比评价显示动脉瘤的数目、大小、动脉瘤瘤颈及与载瘤动脉周围结构的关系。结果:与DSA结果相对照,CTA共检出27个动脉瘤中的26个,CTA显示动脉瘤大小、瘤颈、动脉瘤的空间位置与周围大血管骨质结构的关系方面优势明显,动脉瘤临近穿支血管的显示不如DSA。结论:CTA可提供动脉瘤较全面和精确的影像资料,DSA可根据CTAVRT图像动脉瘤的空间位置选择造影治疗角度。 ObjectiveTo evaluate the appliance value of DSA combined with CTA in the diagnosis and therapy of intracranial aneurysms. Methods CTA were executed in 32 patients with SAH who were highly suspected with intracranial aneurysms , DSA follow up, The display a- bility of CTA and DSA for the amount , size, neck of aneurysms and its relation to parentartery of aneurysms were analyzed and compared.. Results Compared with the results of DSA, 26 aneurysms in 27 cerebral aneurysms were found by CTA . The size, shape, neck of aneurysm and parent vessel of aneurysmwere clearly displayed by CTA. The perforating branches of artery were displayed by CTA not as good as DSA. Conclusion The accuracy of Multi - Slice CT Angiography is higher in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysm, DSA can choose angles accord- ing as position of aneurysm by CTA VRT in the diagnosis and treatment of intracranial aneurysm.
