摘要
目的:建立赤芍提取物中苯、甲苯和二乙烯苯有机残留物的检测方法。方法:采用顶空气相色谱法,用AgilentHP-5毛细管柱(30m×0.320mm×0.25μm)为色谱柱,氢火焰离子化检测器(HD),程序升温,进行顶空气相色谱测定。结果:苯、甲苯和二乙烯苯在所考察的浓度范围内具有良好的线性,相关系数R分别为0.9987、0.9997和0.9971;平均回收率分别为98.0%、102.8%和99.6%(RSD=2.26%、2.30%和3.65%,n=9)。结论:该方法简便易行,测定结果准确可靠,可用于赤芍提取物中大孔吸附树脂残留物的检测。
Objective:To establish the method for determination of several organic residues of benzene, methylbenzene and divinyl- benzene in Extract of Radix Paeoniae Rubra P. E. Methods : Using an HP - 5 capillary column, with nitrogen as carrier gas and FID as detec- tor. The injector temperature was 200℃ and the detector temperature was 250℃, temperature program and split injection mode were used. Results : Benzene, methylbenzene and divinylbenzene showed a good linearity within the designed range of each solvent, and their related co- efficient were 0.9987 、0.9997 and 0.997 1, respectively. The average recoveries were 98.0%, 102.8 % and 99.6% ( RSD = 2.26% ,2.30% and 3.65 % , n = 9 ), respectively. Conclusion : The method is accurate and quick with the high sensitivity for the determination of organic residues with macroporous adsorptive resin of Extract of Radix Paeoniae Rubra P. E.
