摘要
提出了一种利用电流传送器设计的双二阶有源滤波器网络结构。基于此结构,导出了诸如低通、高通、带通、带阻、全通等各种标准二阶滤波器。这些德波器具有低的元件参数灵敏度和高输出阻抗,绥联可实现高阶滤波器。文中结出了设计实例,模拟仿真结果表明所提出的结构是可行的。
A novel structure of biquadratic filter using Current Conveyors (CCs) is presented. Based on the proposed architecture, standard second-order filters, i. e. lowpass, highpass, bandpass, bandstop, allpass, etc., are derived.Their network parameters have low passive sensitivities. All the new filter sections have high output impedance and can be easily cascaded to produce higher-order filter sections. Design and simulation results of second-order filters are given to demonstrate its feasibility.
