胫骨Pilon骨折的手术治疗

摘要 Pilon骨折是胫骨远端波及负重关节面和干骺端的粉碎性骨折，常由高能量损伤所致，多合并腓骨骨折。我院自2002年至2009年共收治Pilon骨折38例，分别选择不同的治疗方法。取得满意疗效。现总结如下：
