临床实习护生护理不良事件原因分析与对策

目的分析实习护生护理不良事件的原因，以探讨防范对策。发法：运用根本原因分析法（root cause analysis，RCA）对2009年1月～2009年12月的护生护理不良事件8例进行调查分析。结果学生过高估计自己的操作能力、学生与带教老师的沟通能力是护理不良事件的多见原因。结论为预防护生不良事件的发生，应加强师生沟通，加强学生护理风险意识的教育，提高带教老师的带教能力。

Objective To analyze the the reasons for adverse events in practice of nursing students ,to explore preventive measures. Methods ： Using root cause analysis （ root cause analysis, RCA） for January 2009 to December 2009 about 8 nursing students who have adverse events. Result：students have been overestimated their own operational capability, students and teachers lack of communication skills is a more common reason for causing the adverse events. Conclusion To prevent the occurrence of adverse events of nursing students, we should strengthen the teacher - student communication and risk awareness education of nursing students ,we also should improve with the ability of teaching. Skills in the teachers.
