利用天津Ⅰ型全息干板制作明胶全息图的优化工艺

摘要 本文研究了利用国产天津Ⅰ型全息干板制作的重铬酸盐明胶全息图的工艺过程。实验表明:通过控制软定影和热水泡处理,可以改变明胶层的初始硬度分析在各硬度下全息光栅的衍效-曝光量曲线,优化明胶层硬度控制工艺,从而制得高质量的全息图和全息光学元件。 This paper discusses the technology of making dichromated gelatin with Tianjin I holographic plate. and the relationship between the deffraction efficiency and the gelain hardness. Experimental data indicates that original hardness is so strong that we can get only low deffraction efficiency hologram if we sensibilize it directly. Studying the deffrac- tion efficiency-exposure curre of the holographic optical-railing, improving the control tech- nology of gelatin hardness. we can impove the deffraction efficiency obviously, and thus we can get high quality gelatin hologram and holographic optical device.
