A New Method of Extracting Invaried Feature From Shape Targets

本文针对计算机自动识别字符的问题进行和研究，提出了一种基于傅立叶变换的形状旋转，平移，尺度都具有不变性的特征提取方法，以此作为计算机自动识别字符的根据。实验结果证明了新方法的正确性和有效性。

This paper presents a new method of extracting feature from shape targets. These features wouldn't be varied when targets have changed in translating, circling and scal- ing. By applying this method of computer recognition on letters, we can trust that the method is correct and valuable.
