摘要
丝/苏氨酸蛋白质激酶哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白(mammalian target of rapamycin,mTOR)是整合细胞内外各种信号、调节蛋白质翻译、细胞生长和增殖等重要生命活动的中心信号分子。核因子-κB(nuclear factor-κB,NF-κB)是高度保守的、调节细胞生长、凋亡、血管生成的关键转录因子。mTOR信号与NF-κB信号通路可通过多种途径进行信息交谈——串流(cross-talk),在细胞生长调控及肿瘤发生与进展中有重要意义。本文就近年来有关两条通路之间串流的研究进展作一综述。
Mammalian target of rapamycin, mTOR, is a kind of Ser/Thr protein kinase which integrates various extracellular and intracellular signals and subsequently plays important roles in regulating protein translation, cell growth and proliferation. NF-κB (nuclear factor-κB) is a highly conserved transcript factor that regulates cell growth, cell death and angiogenesis. The interaction between NF-κB and mTOR signalling plays a pivotal role in carcinogenesis and cancer progress. This article reviewed the cross-talk between these two pathways.
