原发性高血压病的遗传方式研究

A STUDY ON THE GENETIC STYLE OF THE PRIMARY HYPERTENSION

目的：探讨原发性高血压病的遗传方式。方法：对１５０个原发性高血压病先证家系和２５１个对照家系进行遗传流行病学病例对照研究。结果：原发性高血压病的分离比为０．１０８５±１．９６×０．００９０５（０．０９０８～０．１２６２）；不属于常染色体显性或隐性遗传方式。结论：原发性高血压病不符合单基因遗传疾病的特征。

OBJECTIVE:To inquire into the genetic style of the primary hypertension.METHODS:151 cases with primary hypertension's families and 251 health individuals were gone into genetic and epidemic research.RESULTS:It was shown that primary hypertension's segregation ratio was 0 1085±1 96×0 00905(0 0908～0 1262).Inherited style of primary hypertension was not autosomal dominant inheritance are autosomal recessive inheritance.CONCLUSIONS:Primary hypertension doesn't conform to single genic inheritance but polygenic inheritance.
