摘要
结合嵌入式视频监控的要求,分析了无线Mesh网络的概念及其特性,提出一种基于无线Mesh网络的嵌入式视频监控系统的总体设计方案。详细阐述了系统的总体结构和各部分功能特点,对系统MPEG-4软件压缩、AODV路由协议的实现进行了详细分析,并给出关键功能的软件实现方法。实验测试表明,该系统视频流畅、实时性强,在无线视频监控中具有广泛的应用前景。
Combining with the demands of embedded video surveillance, the characteristics of Wireless Mesh Network （WMN） are analyzed as well as the concept. A design of embedded video surveillance system based on WMN is present, and the framework and each functions is expatiated in detail. MPEG-4 data coding and AODV routing protocol are also analysed, besides the software of key functions is given. Testing results show that the real-time communication of video is achieved and the system has broad application prospects in the wireless video surveillance.
